Misc UI Tweaks & Bug Fixes
- Show a default map image if one isn't found
- Move flag icons down a little
- Increase presence opacity
- Fix sound aliases for dust
- Limit input text length to 64 bytes
- Limit TTS audio to 3 seconds
- Save/Restore window size and position per screen size
